As a trainer, I enjoyed very much having Olivier in the trainingroom. His drawings are great, smart and fun. The incredible capacity of Olivier for active listening and understanding even complex technical topics are making his graphic contribution always relevant and to the point. I was particularly amazed to see how his presence in the training room with his huge paper rolls, boards, markets, paintings etc was never at any point disturbing the training flow. To the contrary actually, Olivier was a huge plus brought to our work as trainers. With a humble attitude, he is giving an extraordinary contribution and jump in a real team work with us. We could use the graphic reporting at the moment it was done, as a real and valuable training material for reformulating, emphasizing, doing recap sessions, triggering people’s participation… Now that Olivier’s drawings of our trainings exist, I still use them with other groups of participants, particularly to guide introduction and recap sessions or as a support to some participatory exercises. I believe soon we will use them for illustrating other training materials such as PowerPoint and manuals. In short during and after the moment they are produced, Olivier’s drawings are a great support to the learning and teaching experience!
